Spline Rolling Application Support
Betamacchine specializes in spline rolling processes. Customers are invited to submit their production requirements, part drawings, or technical specifications for evaluation. Based on this information, our technical team will analyze the application and determine whether the equipment is capable of meeting the required machining parameters, tolerances, and production objectives.
This preliminary technical assessment allows Betamacchine to recommend the most suitable machine configuration for each specific cold forming application.
Our goal is to ensure that the selected equipment is technically capable of performing the required process before a purchasing decision is made.
Supply Options
Betamacchine offers flexible supply solutions for this equipment, allowing customers to select the level of technical preparation, modernization, and operational assurance that best fits their project requirements.
With extensive experience in the industrial machinery sector, Betamacchine is able not only to supply equipment in its current condition, but also to provide modernization, technical preparation, and operational validation prior to shipment.
Machines can be supplied either in their original condition or technically prepared and demonstrated in operation prior to shipment.
For this equipment, the following supply options are available:
Option 1 – As-Is Supply
The equipment is supplied as-is, in the same condition and location where it is currently installed at Betamacchine’s commercial facilities, exactly as presented in the photographs.
This option is recommended for customers who prefer to perform their own technical integration, overhaul, or modernization activities.

Option 2 – Operational Demonstration and Modernized Control System
The equipment will be demonstrated in operation, performing (without load) the manual, setup, and automatic operating modes, allowing full verification of the machine's operational condition prior to shipment.
The machine will be supplied equipped with a modernized and updated electro-electronic control system (hardware and software), improving reliability, maintainability, and operational stability.
Under this supply scope, Betamacchine assumes responsibility for the proper operation of the equipment at the time of delivery.
