Automatic continuous-cycle industrial washer, designed for washing, rinsing, and drying industrial parts in high-volume production environments.

Parts are conveyed through the washer by means of a rotating drum with internal helical flights, similar to the thread profile of a lead screw. The drum rotates at a specified speed, which can be adjusted via a variable frequency drive (VFD), within a predefined operating range to match the production rate of the manufacturing line where the equipment is installed.

During operation, the parts sequentially pass through dedicated drum zones, starting with initial immersion, followed by spray washing and rinsing stages, and completing the process with forced drying.
